Filter datasette charts to view previous month #93

It would be helpful to view the previous month's top referes, tables, and research institutions instead of the cumulative view.

Add a superset filter to filter to the previous month of information.

[x] Organize the charts by type and add more verbose descriptions.
[x] Reduce the number of buckets in the bar graphs so they’re more legible.
[x] Add time filter
[x] Add Dazhong as a user
