EIA 923 2021 Early Release #1154

Do we know if the EIA860 early release data for 2021 will also need to be integrated for this to work? It looks like it's been available since June: https://www.eia.gov/electricity/data/eia860/

My assumption is that because of our integration of 860m, the the 860 ER will not be necessary. but i also just made new archives with 2021 860 ER just in case (this would also avoid the weird two years of 860m problem for now)
