a special case of adding calculations to link the same xbrl_factoid that shows up in two tables: when one side of the calculation only applies to a particular dimension. for this we may need:
the ability to hold multiple calculations for one factoid (pick the leafier other dimension)
additional keys in the tree/forest
when xbrl_factoid names are the same in different tables but that only applies w/ dimensions
if linked to a pass-through calculation, that's fine. we can remove a 1-parent-to-1-node
found one instance of dbf_only facts that weren't adding to the metadata. small set of other missing dbf_only (typically in older years they reported w/ less granularity)
