EIA 923 data doesn't have an "early release" - they release data monthly, on a two-month lag. The monthly release data from 2023 is already integrated, and has been since our last release (see #3625). Thus, we've already addressed this issue, and the only round of 923 annual data we need to address is the release in September 2024, as noted here.

I jumped the gun on this - there should be 923 ER data, they just don't announce it in any way. Expect this hopefully some time this month.
