plus pipelines should check master branch #18

Moodle latest (master) branch should also be included in our + pipelines by default, but there should be a way for a developer to turn off master testing - a bit like we do with phpunit/behat tests.

@danmarsden This has been added in the new changes as mentioned above, but you'll need to re-pin the workflow file to ci.yml instead of the previously referenced file.

Please reopen if this is still an issue after performing the changes.
