pre4.1 backup and restore.
Lets say i have 2 qbank activities and a quiz, i added two questions from qbank activities in my quiz. When i backup the course, it backups everything and restores everything. When i backup the quiz, it backups quiz and the question banks for those two qbank activities, while restore, if same course, does nothing with the question bank, if not same course, creates and restores the questions and question categories in that course and then creates qbank activities pointing to the newly restored question banks in the new course.
