Outage bar is shown in embed H5P contents #241

Outage bar is shown in embed H5P contents.

Step to reproduce the issue:

  1. Create a course.
  2. Create an H5P "Image Hotspots" activity. Copy embed HTML tag from bottom of H5P contents.
  3. Create a Book activity and add contents using embed HTML above.
  4. Set outage available. I can't see the outage bar from H5P contents, but from Book activity contents.
