Okta Configuration, Getting Error

What happened?

Hello,

I have installed the plugin successfully, I have uploaded the certificate and the metadata successfully. I click on login with Okta and I get "Exception - Failure Signing Data: error:06065064:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal_ex:bad decrypt - SHA256"

I have regenerated the certificate and reuploaded to okta and I am still getting this error. I can't figure it out.

Please provide as many of the following as applies:

• a dump of the error log with both moodle debugging on full and saml debugging on as well - I don't know how to get this.

What you expected: I expected it to login or redirect me to the login page.
