Update post.twig to point to publicly available post files #794

This ensures auth_catadmin users get automatically redirected to the Moodle site they are login in. Without it, they get a blank page with a submit button.

This commit also removes the deprecated post.php file.

This was reviewed in https://github.com/catalyst/moodle-auth_saml2/pull/793 I've cherry picked it onto the TOTARA_13_STABLE branch and will close this PR.
