LibreOffice executable is now built in a Amazon v2 container. I'd like to be able to say "same as one that lambda is running in", but I cannot - lambda containers are doctored a bit (see below).
Running env is now python 3.8, ie v2.
Provision can now replace existing lambda with its scaffolding, rather than requiring manual removal first.
