Restore sdk intructions #70

sdk/readme_moodle.txt seems to be deleted as part of the last SDK update, also see https://github.com/catalyst/moodle-local_aws/issues/56#issuecomment-1658144245

Hi @marxjohnson as you recently worked on #58 and #56 would you mind taking a look at this quick PR?

I just wanted to make sure we won't lose the original sdk/readme_moodle.txt. We'll need it next time when we update SDK.

Version is bumped to make possible switching clients who sit on 4.2-dev branch with bumped version.
