If files break either ffprobe or conversion then this should be 2 new types of status #178

[ ] status: metadata failure
[ ] status: conversion failure
[ ] store the error message in the table
[ ] show these in the report table and in the report graph top right
[ ] don't try to reprocess these files, cron will constantly churn these files
