Correction completiontime and emailtime #125

They were on 01/01/1970 when the field was empty. (see issue : https://github.com/catalyst/moodle-mod_reengagement/issues/124)

thanks for the PR! - looks good to me - I'll backport this to older branches and it will be included in the plugins db next time we push out a release!
