Send Notifications to specific Cohorts #135

Is it possible to send notifications to specific Cohorts? All users have access to all courses but for some of them courses are mandatory. Only users with the obligation to complete the course may be reminded with emails. Otherwise, too many users will receive constant reminder emails from too many courses.

Hi You can restrict by cohorts under restrictions setting
