This PR

adds a monologo and MOD_PURPOSE
moves custom completion to deprecatedlib.php / custom_completion class
changes loading of courses to core_course_category::search_courses to increase performance (as it uses caching)
adds a 'limittoenrolled' setting to restrict course search to courses the trainer is enrolled to (this speeds up course search for large sites)

I just updated - only visible field is missing in the new dataset (todo).

sorry - forgot to point this at the new branch before deleting the old "main" branch - I'll try to remember to come back to this but feel free to push this again under the new MOODLE_401_STABLE branch.
