Smaller monologo icon for Moodle ≥ 4.4. #81

n Moodle 4.4, the icons are somewhat smaller and have whitespace around them. Making the icon similar to the ones of other activities.

thanks for sending that through, I've created a new 4.4 branch here and cherry-picked it across - I haven't got round to doing this for any of our other plugins yet - feel free to send any others through as well! :-)
