Sub-course #87: added suffixes #88

Added suffix to course completion rules.

Looks like I'll need to create a new 4.3 stable branch - we can't put this on the 402 branch because it will prevent 4.2 sites from working - we also need to land this on the 4.4 branch before we backport to the new 4.3 branch which I'll need to create.

I'll try to remember to come back to this soon.

Hey Michael - thanks for the patch, it gave me the right places to fix - I've gone for a slightly different patch than you wrote but have pushed that into the new 4.3 branch and the latest 4.4 branch - thanks again!
