addinstance permissions, fixed two link address issues on the view page (added $CFG->wwwroot to the paths), fixed typo in currentgrade string

Thanks for the fixes. Both reported issues have been fixed in parallel at the master branch (from which the version for 2.4 will be prepared soon).
