Be able to run a search from the GUI

• [x] this creates a record for the search, and spawns an adhoc task
• [x] the record also needs a start time, an end time, a progress count
• [ ] so it will need a fall back and update the record directly
• [ ] show a gui showing all the previous searches with CRUD
• [x] download the file using plugin file api
