• [x] ie if it started running 3 mins ago then duration is 3 mins
• [x] if it is 10% done, and its 5 minutes in, then project ETA and show that too. Show this as an abslute time not a delta, the thing we are interested in is a) when we need to check back, and b) how stable that estimate is as it progresses
