MFA login TOTP Query #439

Im using moodle 3.10.11 version I installed a plugin Multi-factor authentication which is working fine for my admin account to use TOTP when i try to search to enable for normal users to use TOTP i cant find a option in user preference (option : MFA preference) so i cant set a user to use authenticator app or setup app can someone help me in this issue
