Comply with class changes in pre-release Totara 13's totara_reportbuilder #27

These changes allow totara_reportbuilder's PHPUnit tests to pass on t13-evergreen-testing.

Thanks @boGitsIT Can you please bump the $plugin->requires version to require T13 here as well? https://github.com/catalyst/totara-mod-ojt/blob/master/version.php#L35

hmmm - ignore that - looks like evergreen hasn't bumped the core version.php file yet so we can't do it.
