Move content type to new namespace, add sourcesummary to report sources #30

TL-21711 moved content types into autoloaded classes (Fixed in TL-28766), this PR moves the content option completion_type to the new namespace. TL-22132 requires all report sources now have a summarysource option. I've added that to the report sources. This fixes #28

the new lang file is missing the copyright headers (so are the other rb_source lang string files) might be nice to fix that at some point, but the code looked good so have now merged - thanks Alex!
