Update to BWM #55

Fixes

  1. Use velocity_filtered for wheel data
  2. Indexing issue between units and their properties (done in pre-PR)
  3. Update to latest NeuroConv
  4. Add a conversion script for processed-only data streams (entire conversion runs in a few hours on 16 CPU)
