Needs to be tested within new python environments to ensure successful installation of dependencies. Will check on this once the other PR's are pulled to guarantee the correct list of dependencies.

Everything has been validated and installs correctly depending entirely upon usage of the correct version of nwb-conversion-tools (see Issue #46), i.e. the current pypi version causes issues when attempting to install herding spikes, which has since been removed on the current repository.
