Huszar Conversion Notes 2023

OK, I added basic notes concerning the files. The included notebook can work as an introduction for how data exploration looks like for this format.

This should include enough information to get an idea of how a session of their data looks like this. I think this could be used by @garrettmflynn to explore the issue of whether their data is consistent across sessions.

In anoother PR I will start a draft of the actual conversion code.

The most notable point:

• The CellExplorerExtractor is not working for this code. It lacks a sessionInfo file. I looked at the data however, and it should not be hard to roll an ad-hoc extractor for this.

There should be a previous interface for this type of Sleep file, let me know if you need help finding it

If it had the 3 sleep states its probably the same one
