  • Alternating UV (400nm) and Blue (480nm) exposure -- i.e. every other frame
  • All analysis code occurs in fig_s01a, s01b, s01c, s01d-HEK cell validation [hekcell.yaml].ipynb notebook

Conclusion: Should pretty straightforward to adapt TiffImagingInterface from neuroconv. Can use notebook/figures as validation.
