A DataInterface for raw moseq-pca output.

Current data does not represent output structure of moseq2-pca, and PCs aren't typically included in DANDI datasets (too derived) --> We should wait on this until

1) markowitz-gillis-nature-2023 conversion is finished (higher priority) 2) We identify well-structured example data (should be easy to obtain from depth-moseq tutorials) 3) We get explicit buy-in from Datta Lab (other nwb-integration projects may be more useful ex. visualizations)
