How does this look to you? w.r.t. the experiment setup

Personally, one question I have is the 38.7 shift on all the processed ophys when the raw photometry data starts from 0; also how the raw photometry only goes up to 1607s whereas the processed ones go up to 1835s

Temporal alignment bugs should be fixed. Ready for re-review with updated example files (See above).

Note: For velocity modulation experiments, optogenetic stimulation starts halfway through the session per Methods: Closed-loop velocity modulation experiment.
