Some of the metadata in the .parquet files is missing for some experimental conditions and sessions. There is a cache of metadata in dopamine-reinforces-spontaneous-behavior/rl_analysis/io/df.py file including sex information for each animal, excluded uuids, and opsin information. This extra metadata needs to be incorporated into the conversion.
