Add velocity and brake states
Add DLC output
Add utility to convert .tif files to .avi for the behavioral camera recording
Add behavior movie as external file
Add time alignment:
- imaging times are aligned based on Shiva's script
- behavior movie starting time is aligned based on Shiva's script
- for DLC we can only use the aligned camera timestamps, but they have extra timestamps (need a follow-up how to fix this...)
