@bendichter Sorry for the late PR prior to the early meeting. Here's some quick fixes and polishes to stuff that was overlooked in the last merge.
Probe file is reintroduced and used in the pipeline.
quick_write is now the only conversion tool used in main pipeline (no API bending for full conversion).
@alejoe91 This includes the polishing and testing of the CED pipeline notebook - take a look before the meeting if you can. There's also a couple very small hotfixes this is all dependent on over on spikeextractors PR #534
After this is approved/merged, it should be good for PyPi release.
