Add stereotaxic coordinates and other small improvements

• Add stereotaxic coordinates to Electrodes table

  • Add name of the camber as chamber_name (Sagittal or Coronal)
  • Add coordinates relative to the center of the chamber (chamber_x, chamber_y, chamber_z)
  • Add coordinates relative to the anterior commissure crossing (acx_x, acx_y, acx_z)

• Update tutorial notebook

  • Remove section about stimulation data
  • Add description about accessing MPTP status
  • Update UML and description

• Add inspector check for each nwbfile and collect results

  • Save inspector result into a txt file
