Add ignore_timestamps_errors to convert_session for OpenEphys Hao pipeline #32

31 was added to the Fergil dataset with the OpenEphys data

This was the Hao conversion pipeline that #29 was opened for in the first place.

@CodyCBakerPhD Explanation.. There two conversions that have OpenEphys data, the issue was opened for the Hao dataset, however I overlooked and did the fix for the other conversion (Fergil dataset).
