MotionCorrection has external link to yet another file #13

Just found this while investigating heterogeneity over sessions...

The MotionCorrection under processing has a data field that is an external link of the form concat_31Hz_0.h5://data but I don't recall seeing this file name pattern anywhere in the open S3 bucket (just the original non-corrected raw data) or elsewhere

From https://help.brain-map.org/display/observatory/Allen+Brain+Observatory it seems that they have more data than is on the other S3 bucket and you have to ask for it to get it
