Figure out stimulus pixel resolution #19

Confusing AllenSDK values scattered here: https://github.com/AllenInstitute/AllenSDK/commit/ed8313e40b3d2509c97e51368f4b898a7f11ecc2#diff-ff2d5a7aa566d93826ec120b4fcfc6b52847a90b1e8f0a52d91b526f907d9cdeR79-R83

and throughout that file; they seem to refer to the angle of the locally sparse stimulus (I didn't think it was a grating?) but some of the values refer to pixel sizes, even though they aren't used elsewhere in the code (except one reference in the title cell of a notebook)
