The regex that is being generated does not seem to match up with the code. For example, it doesn't start with a carat, I do not see the non-match group, etc. This is a very weird issue.
For context, this is installed via NPM and being compiled via Webpack into a Google Chrome extension.

I'm attempting to implement libphonenumber-js in my JavaScript project. I'm encountering the following error:
