Add a notification icon when cpu self time > self time with multiple selections #1618

Sometimes cpu self time will be greater than self time due to rounding issues (this appears to happen more on linux and is difficult to repro on mac or android). The screenshot below shows our ui for this: cputimeskew

When multiple selections are present, no little icon is shown which can be confusing. Can we add a little icon on the multiple-selection view?
