Perf Dashboard: "new bug" fails with large group of regressions #2732

Please copy and paste any errors from JavaScript console (Ctrl+Shift+J to open): Here is the console output for the "new bug" window: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () The window title says: "s~chromeperf: uncaught application failure"

Please describe the problem: I had two groups of hundreds of bugs (183 & 190+) on the same bot/tests. I tried to group them into two single bugs: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=641980 https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=641972

Both attempts failed with the above error messages. The bugs are also empty, no link to regressions.

Note that an hour before, I had isolated samples of regressions from each of the above-mentioned groups into separate bugs that worked: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=641961 https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=641962
