Tracing a stream of events #4072

First, thanks for the great work! With the work done on TraceStreams using oboe.js, is it possible to run a tracer as

trace.html?trace=http://localhost:12345

where localhost:12345 exposes a stream of events to the renderer? If so, what would trace.html look like?
