[📍] Poor pinpoint-dot-chromeperf.appspot.com UI encourages sending google.com passwords to github #4183

At the top of the page, there's a file bug button, right next to a google.com sign in link. It's not remotely clear when clicking the link that the file a bug button requires a github logon instead of a google.com one, a mistake I just made. (Ah, there's a Google login button! Do I need to login before reporting a bug? Well, there's a report a bug button right there, so maybe not? Looks like it does require a login... Great, now I have to remember a new password and update all my devices...)
