[WprGo] wpr_cert.pem does not contain necessary information for a root certificate #4208

WprGo's self-signed certificate doesn't contain all the bits of information needed for iOS to recognize it as a root cert from a certificate authority.

Dragging and dropping wpr_cert.pem into the Safari doesn't add the certificate under Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings
