Recent bugs not persisting across reload #4422

When I reload the page, the recent bugs list appears to be cleared.

Could it be associated with the session id?

Er, also the recent bugs button appears to not work sometimes currently.

I did some debugging and refactoring there, and made it store recently modified bugs in localStorage. PTAL?
