The prototype of the next version of the chromeperf dashboard is currently using Polymer 2.0, with plans to migrate to Polymer 3.0 at some point. This bug tracks adding the required html/js libraries to third_party for the Polymer 2 version of V2SPA. A separate bug will track migrating V2SPA to Polymer 3. Another bug will track landing V2SPA itself.
