Dashboard - Seeing errors about histograms not having masters diagnostics #4463

Yes, this was caused by the failure in add_reserved_diagnostics, that was fixed when you rolled vinn.

Yup, was the crash in add_reserved_diagnostic (vinn), fixed when we rolled it.
