Currently soundwave supports fetching data for all sheriffed timeseries for a given benchmark. For many use cases this is enough; but we would also like to allow more generality. For example:
Download top level metrics reported to leads (these are summaries, often not sheriffed)
Download lower level metric breakdowns; for example for memory we sheriff on "all_processes" summaries, be we may want to get separately data for each of "browser", "renderer" and "gpu" processes.
As a first step I'll add an option to fetch timeseries given a file where test paths are listed one per line. So the user has flexibility on how that file is generated.
