Pinpoint dialog says bug id is optional, but gives an error if not filled in #4475

I think the bug ID should probably be non-optional, since there is no way to get results if you don't fill it in. I actually made a mistake not filling in the bug id in this screenshot. screen shot 2018-05-22 at 11 14 49 am
