Dashboard 2: Opening the changelog should be possible with a click #4486

The old dashboard had handy links to offer if one wanted to have a look at the changelog. The new one should have the same functionality somewhere too:

Thanks for reporting! Yep, revision links and much more will be available in a results.html-like table below charts as described in the second bullet point under Charts in the chromeperf-v2-status doc. The tooltips are purely informational and not intended to support interaction. I'll update here when I find the time to write that table.
