[📍] rendering.mobile always times out #4531

rendering.mobile benchmark seems to always timeout [1, 2, 3]. Perhaps the time-limit needs to be increased?

I can increase the timeout, but please go easy, since it consumes a lot of bot resources! There's more discussion about future load balancing work in #4499.
