HTTP error 500 when bisecting #4621

How I got the error:

Seeing this graph: https://chromeperf.appspot.com/report?sid=224d5f6145a4ffe4898517564da6803824a7fa2dbfdbc2ddbd0c282e04a4dffb&rev=635178, I noticed a regression without an alert. I manually created crbug.com/937310 and tried to run a bisect in the dashboard for the range 635354 - 636699. I got "HTTP error 500".
